There is no warranty on this patch or on any of the included mods.Please leave the modders some positive feedback or help them in some other way!.This patch is meant for the Steam version of the game and will likely not work properly with the original Japanese release.Just make sure to let it remove all old mods when asked. This patch will automatically fix many broken game/mod installs and common issues.

You can install HF Patch over almost any game install and have it work perfectly, and you can run it again to enable/disable some plugins. Official patches are applied permanently. The mods included in the patch don't modify any game files and can be easily disabled by removing the "winhttp.dll" file from your game directory. New uncensors should go inside BepInEx\Uncensors and have a UncensorInfo.xml file added to them, check existing uncensors for an example. 
Do not use uncensors that replace files inside abdata with this patch (or any other mods that replace game files).Just know that we won't judge you for your hours played :) The game can also run with Steam turned off. Make your games private to be extra sure.

You can prevent Steam from showing you play the game by starting the. You can also see most of the plugin hotkeys in this menu (and change them). You can configure many plugins by Pressing F1 and then "Plugin settings". If you get stuck on a white screen when entering touching mode after installing HF Patch, restart the game, press F1 to open plugin settings (only visible on desktop, not in VR), and choose one of the simple female uncensor models. A plugin configuration window should appear on your display (it will not appear in your HMD). Run the game and try pressing F1 to check if everything is working correctly. If you are not sure where to look: Find the game in the library, then go to Properties > Local files > Browse and point the patch to the folder than opens (it should have VR Kanojo.exe in it). If the default install path of the patch doesn't work (if for example you moved your Steam library to a different folder), you have to point the patch to where the game is installed. If you want to get the full save then you have to select it since it's optional. 
You can choose which mods to install midway, but it's best to leave default settings if you're new to this.
Install the patch by following the wizard.To do so, find the game in the library, then go to Properties > Local files > Verify. (Optional) Verify local files on Steam to make sure the game is fully up to date and not corrupted.Install VR Kanojo and download the latest version of the patch from here.
